Dear Parents/Carers,

We would like to welcome you and your child to Year 5. We are excited and looking forward to the learning opportunities this school year promises. We are confident that your child will be successful. We look forward to being a part of his/her academic progress.
Our part-time teaching fraction is Tammie working Monday to Wednesday and every second Thursday. Catherine will be working Friday and every second Thursday. We will be co-planning on a regular basis and working together to ensure that the students’ needs are met.
On Friday 8 February, we will be holding a parent information night at 6pm in our classroom. We will be discussing the Australian Curriculum, behaviour management strategies, the class routine and our spelling/reading/writing program.
If you have any concerns or questions about your child’s progress, please feel free to email or call the school. We hope to build a strong relationship as we work with you to ensure the success of your child.
