100 Word Challenge #33 – Jemma

Disabled Kids Must Have a Better Future

Dear leaders of the world,

How would you like your child to be diagnosed or born with a life long disease? You wouldn’t like it. So why should it be different for other children around the world. Everyday kids and families wake up in the morning with a dark, gloomy could like a never ending nightmare around them. All children have a right to wake up and go to school, learn and make great friends.

Many other people and myself strongly believe that it is now imperative that these children have a better future.

Sincerely yours,
Jemma

I think your right. I really like the way you have used lots of interesting vocabulary to persuade the reader to agree with you. Well done!

    Hi Jemma
What an impassioned plea for your cause! I think your initial question is a great way to start a persuasive letter – forcing the world leaders to put themselves in Lucy’s place. I also like the way you finish your piece – you have chosen to use much more formal vocabulary which I think sounds very business like and sincere. Well done.
